Buyers Should Move Fast to Make Reservations for Prime Home Sites

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Mark-Taylor, Inc., best known for its award-winning luxury apartment homes, is taking upscale living to new heights with the construction of Stellar Airpark Estates.

Already, nearly 60 potential home buyers have made reservations for semi-custom homes and custom home sites at the prestigious 50-ace fly-in community located just west of he Stellar Airport (near McClintock Road and Chandler Boulevard) in Chandler, Ariz. Of the 65 available semi-custom and custom home sites at Stellar Airpark Estates, very few remain.

The community is the brain-child of Jeffrey Mark, co-founder of Mark-Taylor, Inc., and an avid private pilot. Combining his development and pilot experience, Mark's hands-on involvement in Stellar Airpark Estates has ensured the community answers the needs of its specialized buyers.

Construction of streets, taxiways, sidewalks, landscaping and utilities at Stellar Airpark Estates began in November and construction of 21 new luxury homes is scheduled to begin this month.

Semi-custom homes range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet are priced from $280,000 to $460,000. The half acre custom home sites start at $155,000.

Each home site has been designed for a private hangar in the rear of the lot with taxiway access. Taxiway entries are gated and operated by an electronic opener - giving residents 24 hour access to Stellar Airport's 4,000 foot paved and lighted runway.

Mark-Taylor recently completed a major renovation of the Stellar Airport runway-resurfacing the runway and airport taxiways and installing a state of the art lighting system.

"Finding a place like this today in a metropolitan area is virtually impossible," Mark says. " Most fly in communities are built in remote locations, but Stellar Airpark Estates is in the very heart of Chandler."

The community is only three miles from the I-10 Freeway, directly north of the planned San Tan Freeway and just a mile west of the future Price Freeway 101 Loop. By plane, Stellar Airpark Estates is just a quick 10 minute jaunt to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for business commuters, or a two hour flight to the west coast for a weekend getaway.
